Berman & Simmons Sues Employer Over Homicide Death of Employee
The Lewiston Sun Journal published an article on January 5, 2010, detailing the grounds for a lawsuit filed against Lewiston employer ACS. Benjamin R. Gideon (http://www.bermansimmons.com/bio-prog.php?id=22) is fighting to hold ACS accountable for the robbery, rape, and murder of a pregnant woman by her fellow ACS employee, a lifelong violent criminal who was on federal parole for bank robbery when ACS hired him to take credit card applications over the telephone.
