Maine Class Action Lawsuits
For example, in 2006, Berman & Simmons attorneys tried a case on behalf of a bottling company competitor of Poland Spring. After a three-week trial, the jury awarded our client $7.8 million.
In 2004, we were lead trial counsel in an antitrust class-action lawsuit on behalf of Maine blueberry growers against blueberry processors. The jury awarded our clients $56 million, every cent of the damages claimed.
