Berman and Simmons Names Travis Brennan as new Shareholder

The law firm of Berman & Simmons recently named trial attorney Travis Brennan as its newest shareholder.

Travis represents clients in claims involving medical malpractice, personal injury, and defective products. Since joining the firm in 2014 he has successfully litigated dozens of cases across Maine in both state and federal court. Travis’ work has been recognized by leading national legal organizations; he has received an “AV Preeminent” rating by Martindale-Hubbell and has been named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers. A Maine native with degrees from Bowdoin College and the University of Maine School of Law, Travis currently resides with his family in Portland, Maine.
