The Plaintiff suffered a serious concussion and bodily injuries following a 2014 single car crash, in which he was a backseat passenger in a car driven by a drunk driver that crashed into a tree. He suffered a concussion, a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), dystonia, and other serious injuries. The jury returned a $304K verdict to compensate for the Plaintiff’s medical expenses, and pain and suffering caused by the defendant’s negligence.
